PT. MERCU BUANA was formerly known as PT. DWI DHARMA. The company was incorporated on the 16th of March 1967.
Its main activity is investment in property companies in which PT. MERCU BUANA does not take an active role.
Since 1998, the company has begun restructuring itself, focusing only in specific industries namely, property, agribusiness, and mining.
The company has become leaner but, by no means, weaker. It has in fact, become a much stronger player than before as a result of focusing on specific targets.
